CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, PHOTO RELEASE POLICIES

Cancellation Policy

We understand that emergencies happen, and schedules can change, therefore, we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining the quality and integrity of our training workshops. If you need to cancel your registration, you may do so up to 72 hours before the start of the scheduled class to receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the start time of the class will not be eligible for credit or refund. Failure to provide notice or not attending the class without prior communication will result in the forfeiture of any payments made.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact EXO as soon as possible so we can assist you.

In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., instructor unavailability or emergency, severe weather, etc.), registered participants will be offered the choice of a full refund, or the option to attend a future session at no cost.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality training workshops and ensuring that our classes run smoothly for all participants and educators.

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled workshop are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the workshop are not eligible for a refund; however, participants may receive a class credit that can be applied to a future session of equal to or lesser value.
No-shows and same-day cancellations will result in the forfeiture of all payments, with no refund or credit available.
Refunds are not available for partially attended workshops or if a participant voluntarily leaves, or is asked to leave due to disruptive behavior or failure to meet class participation requirements.
Materials, supplies, merchandise, or first aid kits purchased during class sessions are not eligible for refunds.

This policy ensures fairness to all participants and allows us to maintain the integrity of our scheduling and instruction.

Photo and Media Policy

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You grant permission to the organizers and affiliated parties ("Releasees") to photograph, record, or otherwise capture your image, likeness, and/or voice during the any class or workshops offered. These recordings may be used for educational, promotional, marketing, or public relations purposes, including but not limited to use in printed materials, websites, social media platforms, digital communications, and other promotional or informational outlets.

You understand that you will not receive any compensation for the use of such media and that you waive any rights to royalties, inspection, or approval of the final materials. You further release and discharge the Releasees from any and all claims or liabilities arising out of or related to the use of these recordings, including but not limited to claims for libel, invasion of privacy, or infringement of moral rights.

By proceeding with your booking, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of this media release agreement.
