Effective Leadership

This interactive first aid class is designed to empower participants with the skills and confidence needed to take charge during emergencies at home. Whether it's a minor injury or a life-threatening situation, you'll learn how to stay calm, assess the situation, and provide effective care until professional help arrives.

Allergic Reactions

Participants will learn how to recognize, respond to, and manage severe allergic reactions, including anaphylaxis. The session covers identifying common allergens, and understanding the signs and symptoms of mild to severe allergic reactions. Participants will get hands-on experience with EpiPens and learn the best techniques for administration.
