My name is Steven, a proud girl-dad and first responder born and raised in New York City. Before my career as a firefighter, I spent over a decade in Emergency Medical Services treating sick and injured people on ambulances. This experience led me to the fascinating world of education, where I currently teach both medical providers and firefighters for various accredited institutions. All of this teaching clearly wasn't enough, so I created EXO in 2023 after the birth of my daughter.

During this journey, I met Menna, a motivated nurse and mother of two boys, who shares my vision for the safety and wellbeing of children. Together, with passionate and energetic banter, we offer our educational services to those who matter most: new and expecting parents, caregivers, and families. As first responders and parents ourselves, we bring unique expertise and heartfelt understanding to every workshop. We replace fear with confidence, so everyone feels prepared for the inevitable home emergency.
