Hi, I'm Steven, a proud girl dad and lifelong New Yorker who's spent my entire career as a first responder. For over a decade before becoming a firefighter, I worked on ambulances treating people in real emergencies, which eventually sparked my love for teaching others how to handle those scary moments calmly. These days, I train both medical providers and firefighters through various programs, but honestly, nothing compares to sharing these skills with families just like mine.

Along the way, I met Menna, an amazing nurse and mom to two energetic boys. Menna totally gets my passion for keeping kids safe and helping parents feel confident. Together, with passionate and energetic banter, we offer our educational services to those who matter most: new and expecting parents, caregivers, and families. As first responders and parents ourselves, we pour our real world know-hows into every class. Our goal is simple: swap that "what if" fear for real confidence, so you're ready for whatever little (or big) surprises come your way at home.
