Family Partner Application
All caregivers require the following
✓ Minimum of 2 years of verifiable childcare experience
✓ Comprehensive background and drug screen successfully completed
✓ Minimum of three professional childcare references
✓ Legally authorized to work in the United States
✓ Current Infant, Child, and Adult CPR certification through EXO Workshops
✓ Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record for positions requiring transportation
✓ Reliable transportation or dependable commuting plan
✓ Reference, employment, and childcare experience verification
✓ Non-smoker
✓ Successful completion of the EXO Family Partners Safety Assessment (minimum score of 85%)
✓ Professional interview and screening completed by EXO Family Partners
✓ Strong communication skills, flexible, and ability to collaborate with parents
✓ Understanding of age-appropriate child development and safety practices
✓ Ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without reasonable accommodation
✓ Agreement to EXO Family Partners' Code of Professional Conduct
